Have an alarm going off under dash at all times. Not levelers, not air. Only warning on dash is alt. and not sure about that. 05 Holiday Rambler, Indeavor w/ 400 ISL Cummins. Anyone have a suggestion?

You mean it is making noise even with the engine off? What kind of warning for the alternator? Over voltage or under voltage?

That would sound like an alternator failure. I would check alternator voltage output with the engine running. I’m guessing it will be low or none.

Was hoping not. Like everything else it's a bear to get out. Thought that might be the case. At least it won't be as bad as replacing the head. Thank you for your help.

@Donald Kemp It’s possible you need only to clean the terminals on the alternator. The alt gauge on my ‘05 was indicating low voltage and after I cleaned the connections, all was and is well.

Thanks again. I have had nothing but problems since I bought it from camping world. They never fixed what they were supposed to. I had to replace the injectors, complete head. Since we bought it I don't think we put 5000 miles maybe on it. It had 90 and now has 102. Have had it for 3 years. Traded a nice GMC duramax and new 5th wheel. They took the 5th wheel back to factory because it was delaminating. Put side, rear and front on it and did a poor job. Was afraid it wouldn't be worth anything in a year or 2. Should have stayed with it.
