I have a 2016 Freedom Elite class C, not heavily used. My water pump is pulsing, 3 seconds on and 3 seconds off, not maintaining pressure. Water flow is steady but pressure is lower than last year. I found a small drip coming from the pump filter while under pressure, 1 drip per 3 seconds. And when I turn the pump off for a minute then on, it has to completely rebuild pressure.. any advise how to fix this?

So you have a sediment filter right( Filter is before the pump)?
Not having one will void some warranties.

If you can't find a leak the low pressure valve( inlet)in the pump likely has dirt in it. Not to worry though, most pumps are rebuildable. I would take it apart and clean the valve well.
