Water pump?

This is probably going to be a dumb question.
2000 Dutch Star DP..
Are all of the fresh water pumps the same. As in are they a universal parts for RV's?

Called Newmar.
They gave me their part number.
Newmar has been pretty awesome helping me with a 20 year old coach.
I was able to find specs on that pump and since I own a NAPA Parts store, ordered a comparable one from NAPA. Have it in the morning, IF this ice age will retreat just a little more.

An electric water pump is one of those items that I think you should be able to match up with a pump of similar specs and it will work just fine.

The pump I had in my old coach was 2.8 gpm which was not enough volume for us. I replaced it with a 4gpm@55psi. Much better now.
