What is the best way to attach something to outside wall?

I live in the Arizona desert and am planning to hang a UV treaded white poly tarp along the top edges of my RV, draping down the sides. What's the best recommendations for attaching something in to the fiberglass outside? Thank you

I woulnt drill any holes.

Long bungee cords is my suggestion.

I have some of that and hardly use it because it is so strong. Makes it a great candidate for the roof!

I just attached white thin plastic panels over the outside of our windows on one side of the trailer and I used industrial strength heavy duty stick on velcro.
I would think it would work good on your application and there is no drilling into the outside required
