Hope this is not happening to any of you. Our 2021 Thor 31W came with a residental Whirpool fridge. Never worked. Fixed it once, boke again in four days. Next time they said it was not repairable. They agreed to give us a new one. Problem is wehave been waiting since August, Whirpool told me today they have no idea when one will become available. I rtold they we would take anything with the same dimensions or color. I realy feel they should make more of an effort since this is a replacement. Went through customer service and E Mailed therir Customer Relations senior Manager. He never replied. Im not getting any younger and hate having a expensive paper wieght. Had to vent. DavenWolf

opps, I have such nightmares about Whirlpool RV washers from my past life in our Newmar I misread the OPs post.

Can't speak about Whirlpool refers, I do know the LG residential we have in our current RV is really a nice unit and trouble free.
