Question Windshield wiper arm socket stripped out

Along the same line as the 1/16" cable you can try to wrap some aluminum foil around the shaft and reinstall & torque the wiper arm. Basically the objective is to get some additional metal between the shaft and the wiper arm.

They have to be replaced. I bought mine directly from the manufacture Global Product/Wiper Technologies. Global Products LLC | or 833-Wipers1.

@scottramer ... do you have any more contact information of how to get ahold of the part department with these folks?
