Problem Winegard Rayzar - Search accuracy

When I use the auto search feature on the Winegard Rayzar in our 2024 DS4369, the direction that the digital antenna points states it is picking up stations.. No TV's will find any stations.. If I manually adjust the antennal to where I know stations are located, it will pick them up... anyone have this issue before??

UPDATE - Spoke to Winegard and they had me walk through all the same steps I already did (reset, check connections, remove power).. Same issue.. They said to call Newmar. ha...

I "upgraded" to the Razar from the original crank up batwing unit. Seemed to work ok, but not stellar till the motor went out. They sent me another one, but it never did seem to work all that well. I adapted it to fit on the crank up arm and it worked better after I got it above the awnings and AC units, but still not what I would consider worth the money. I changed out to a King Jack unit on a shortened crank up arm and get way more channels.
