Our first motorhome - a 2013 Thor Palazzo 33.1. Winterized and parked in fully enclosed storage for the winter. Should we place a small electric heater inside the MH to maintain minimum inside temperature and to keep humidity and condensation at bay?

If you have an electrical available in your storage, a small electric heater can help with keeping things from freezing up. Indoor will be a huge advantage but still possible to experience freezing in your area I assume. Minimum if you haver the power available I would have one in the wet bay, and if enough amperage available one in the cabin area. If you can plug in, you can keep your batteries topped up with the onboard charger as well.
