Winterizing issues

We're experiencing two issues winterizing our new-to-us 1997 Catalina 330mb. Hoping someone can help.

1 - We have all water knobs turned to winterize, places the hose in the antifreeze bottle, and turned on the water pump. We hear the pump but there's no suction on the antifreeze bottle.

2 - We're not sure where to find the fresh water tank / low point drainage.

2 - We're not sure where to find the fresh water tank / low point drainage.

Look for a label for low valve location. Or under the camper for red/blue tubes with a valve or cap. For suction, you may have to fill up the hose a bit with the pick antifreeze. You should drain all your water out first. If you have a water heater, you must put that in bypass mode as the antifreeze is not good for the heater element. Make sure you drain that by removing the plastic cap. My water tank for my camper was under the bed. I made a video of my process.
