Zion Slumber electric awning

I have a 2021 Zion Slumber. When I try to extend the electric awning, the motor runs but the awning will not come out. Anyone know what the issue is?

Yes.

You can take the end cap toward the front off and there is a place to insert a 3/8 inch rachet extension that will allow you to wind or unwind the awning. The end cap on the back end allows you to get to the motor. You can then proceed to diagnose the problem.

Check and see if one of the legs is caught in the end cap, just need a flathead screwdriver or something to slide it over
