the radio was causing issue. when the radio is off, the heater works good. if radio is on, the heater shut down aftr 10 seconds. may have wrong connection.. some one had this trouble ?
 
If the radio steals enough battery power for the heater to not "pass" its various "fail safe" tests, yes . . . this can happen. Its not a wrong connection problem, its a dead or dying battery problem is my guess. I'd suspect that the heater blower doesn't have enough battery power to spin up its blower fast enough to close its "sail switch" fail safe mechanism.

The heater requires 10.5 volts to operate. B52 is spot on about this problem.
 
I would look for a bad connection. I would have agreed with the consensus if you had included that the heater kicked out when you??? Drew some water or something like that, but the radio? Of course I'm not thinking about a high output booster amp or anything🤔
 
IF the voltage is dropping below 10.5 it is time to look at the battery and convertor....period.
