Inside roof water stain, outside bottom paint, long drawer guide thing

Hello- We just bought a 2008 190 LE (black) Popular w/44K miles. It's in great shape, and everything works fine. A few questions: 1. We have slight rust colored water staining below one of the 3 small windows in the front roof cap. The window has been sealed and does not leak now. Any idea how to remove the stain from the white vinyl? I tried some bathroom cleaner and a bit of bleach- looks pretty much the same. 2. We have a few small scratches to touch up on the (gold/taupe) lower side fiberglass and the front bumper. Any idea how to get the exact color? Is there an adhesive tape made in the same goldish color? 3. Just behind the driver's seat there is a long drawer guide thing- that comes out about 3' from the driver's side wall. Any idea what this is? 4. The vents below (not the round front main ones) the rear built-in A/C unit don't throw out much air- is that normal? 5. Any suggestions for new rear shocks?
