I have a 2016 Cambria that has a floor issue. I have been told by a repair place that with the type of floor in it (compressed styrofoam bonded to thin plywood top and bottom) it is difficult to repair. Has anyone ever experienced this issue? As expensive as these things are I am really disappointed in a failure like this in a vehicle with less that than 10,000 miles on it. Please respond if you or anyone you know has had this problem.

Do you have any photos? What exactly is wrong with the floor? Where is it damaged? Slideroom or main floor?

The floor is soft in part of the main floor. I was told that something has happened to the foam and so the floor gives some when you walk on it. He said that it could be a manufacturing defect. So I am wanting to know if anyone else has experienced this. Can't get photos because you can't see it..just feel it.

Never really heard of foam under floor. Typically it’s flooring, then wood substrate, then insulation which is the role I assume the foam is playing.

If it were me, I would just either get the same materials and cut out the bad section and repair it, it more likely rip it all out and do it right.

We have a 2014 Cambria 27k with the same problem. I haven't found a fix yet aside from tearing the whole floor out. I guess we'll just live with it.
