Main Control locks up

So we finally made it from ny to az to pick up our rig and found a huge problem. The main control is locking up when I try to turn on the generator. Generator makes 1 crank and unit locks up. It does reset itself but loops over and over doing the same. Anyone ever experience this problem ?
