Hi, how do you like the on board single unit Washer / Dryer? We have a new Class A 2023 Winnebago 35F with the Splendide Combo. We haven't used it yet. My wife is concerned about mold build up due to moisture residue. If the Dryer works, then is that even a concern?

We had one in our previous coach. Used it all the time. No issues.

We originally had a Splendide 2100S vented combo and now have a WDV2200XCD vented combo. The 2100S had no issues, the wife just wanted to upgrade to the newer machine. We've been traveling since late December and have done a load of laundry about every 2nd day. We wipe the inside of the seal on the front of the tub and leave the door open to let the inside dry after each wash & dry. We've had ZERO issues with smell, moisture or mold in either machine.

No concerns at all. We use ours often (several loads per week) and have done so for years. Its wonderful. You can completely divorce yourselves from laundromats, you can pack fewer clothes, and you can wash anything whenever you want. There has been absolutely no downside. We also use the washer as a hamper. Perfect!

I would say vented would be better than non-vented.

Had one in our '04 Newmar Mountain Aire....worked fine, just takes small loads.
Sold it in 2019, and folks that bought it are still using the "Splendide" combo!

No worries but we always left the door open when we stored the motorhome.
