Just changed the oil on the Generator which only has 615 hours on it.. generator runs excellent.
Everything works perfectly - Just completely cleaned and sterilized the whole RV and non-smokers - - ready to roll on down the road.

Generator carbs cleaned in February 2022
A/C runs perfect in House and Cab as well as the heater - Engine well maintained - (probably ready for oil change) last one was done in 2021 but we haven't put much miles on it since, do to one year old oil - would suggest getting it changed out - transmission oil is good - TV and DVD works perfectly - Entry Stairs are perfect - Oven and microwave work perfectly - Shower, sinks, and toilet work perfectly - Water heater works perfectly - Generator works perfectly - black water and grey water tanks and indicators work perfectly - roof is perfect no leaks - All interior and exterior lights work perfect - no tears in upholstery - canopy has never been opened but was working perfectly when purchased in 2019
(I may open it to make sure when I get to it)
Back right side of cab has a scrape from a previous owner, but is only cosmetic.
Everything works perfectly - ready to roll on down the road. We are non-smokers
