I just purchased a used 2023 Newmar New Aire with 3800 miles on it. The Climate control system( SilverLeaf) is not working properly. Talked with Newmar and they directed me to SilverLeaf rep who went through all the setups but still not working. The problem with running ac or heat pumps is the fact the blower will not go off. It blows continually on ac and heat pump. The rep for SilverLeaf told me I needed to get the ac serviced. I'm not sure what to think?

I’ve had various issues with my HVAC systems due to Silverleaf TM510 (and other) issues. One way to isolate the issue to the units or Silverleaf is to connect a Dometic thermostat in place of the TM510. If everything works as it’s supposed to, it’s a TM510 issue.

Any other issues with the New Aire? I pick my 23 up at the end of the month

Do you have detailed instructions on how to do this by chance? As we are on our first long road trip a d no Silverleaf’s control panel. We have isolated it to the actual
Monitor- but we can’t get the AC on😩

Does your coach only have one display? If so, I would think you’re somewhat stuck without it as it controls HVAC and many other systems. The TM510 is installed in the cabinet above the driver. There is a RJ11 cable plugged into it. You can remove that cable and plug it into Dometic 10 button thermostat to control the HVAC units.

A quick Amazon search revealed this - 3314082.000 RV Thermostat Multi-Zone Comfort Control Center 2 10-Button Replacement for Dometic CCC2 - Fit for Air Conditoner Series 579,595,600,6308,520,6218xx,457915 and More - Black
