WOW!!

I get confused with all the names. This article mentions four (4): Entegra, Tiffin, THOR, Jayco.

Does one of these own all the others?

Yes THOR owns the whole shooting match. This is surely an interesting switch. Entegra motor homes are going to be built in Red Bay Alabama by Tifffin. Youser......

They have very different build styles.

This means that either the vacuum bonded walls are gone or entegra frame built are gone. My bet is tiffin is the new construction method for entegra, and therefore the entegra line we know is gone.

The Anthem/Aspire/cornerstone have the following lineage

Newmar employees—> started travel supreme
Jayco acquired travel supreme and created entegra
Jayco sold to Thor
Entegra left untouched for the most part on the diesel line.
Brand got muddied with new entegra badges put on lesser quality coaches
Newest update : Original Entegra going to Tiffin

So Entegra will be built by Tiffin but badged as Entegra? Do I have that right? Dogs are sleeping with cats.

There is no way redbay can build the entegra the way it’s built today. It’s too different and requires different tooling.

this will be interesting to see how it plays out.

lucky for me, I'm a Newmar fan

This is one of my go-to site to figure out who owns what:

The way I read the article is that they will keep "some" of the Entegra names - ie "Cornerstone". I did not get the sense that it would still be identical to todays Cornerstone but just built in a different factory. Thor is all about bottom dollar, so I would agree with @redbaron that frame built walls are most likely gone.

Who is going to provide service for existing owners? How is this going to affect resale value? Wondering what this will do to service backlogs? Will warranty terms remain which I think was two years?

NIRVC will be the best option for service and support. I would think that the long term resale values will hold strong, as these are proven good coaches with a construction that only Newmar can match.
