I went to pick up my coach, and look what they've done to it! :)

Oh my I need to go back to mothership 😀. I doubt I can get the same results as you. Nice upgrade

Hmmm... I suspect not everyone will have the same results. Congratulations on the new coach!

Congrats, @Jim When did that happen?

Apparently Jim spent too much time in the lounge area, they wore him down after a few days. His daily write up shows his declining mental status.

Kidding aside, congratulations Jim!

Who, EXACTLY was your tech? I’m asking for him next time I’m at the mothership!

They call him Tony 'The Wand' Mancini. He don’t show up on the employee roster, but everyone at Newmar knows, if your rig disappears for a few hours, this is what expect when it returns. No eye contact, no questions, just leave cannoli and a service ticket. :)

Congrats, @Jim When did that happen?
I met Tony at the Newmar Service Center. I just turned and there he was, standing there in a track suit that had seen better days, holding a pastry box in one hand and what looked suspiciously like a Newmar part that hadn’t been manufactured since the Reagan administration in the other.

He didn’t give me his name at that time, just winked and said, I'm going to work on your rig after your tech is finished! So yeah, I was suspicious, but I'm not one to argue with someone in a faded track suit!

When I went to pick up my coach, is is what I found! Shocked? Yes. But like I said, I'm not one to argue!
