Wow this is a shock. I have personally met Leigh on a couple of occasions. There has to be more to this story.

HH
They made sure to emphasize the Tiffin names still associated with the brand, even as they're largely emeritus. Acquisitions of privately held businesses don't usually end well for the former business owners who find themselves now swimming with the sharks.

We would like to clarify that Leigh was not terminated from Tiffin Motorhomes. He chose to pursue a new opportunity with NIRVC, and we wish him the very best in his new role.

Wonder if NIRVC will become a manufacturer of a former luxury brand that is losing its identity…..American Coach?

Intriguing thought.
2 RV parts of the REV Group are now divested, will be interesting to see what happens with the remaining.
- American Coach
- Fleetwood RV
- Holiday Rambler
- Renegade RV

Holy s***, I didn't know how big REV Group, now Terex, is.

Mergers and acquistions are largely the wild wild west now that anti-trust is no longer a real aim of regulators. Mostly attribited to the reinterpretation by the Chicago School of the intent of the Sherman Act. Most famously by Robert Bork in "The Anti-Trust Paradox". The last anti-trust case pusued by the Justice Dept. was Microsoft, which was dropped just after the Bush v Gore charlie foxtrot in Florida was settled by the SCOTUS in 2000.
