My first RV! 35’ Holiday Rambler 2021 Vacationer. Bought it 2nd hand at CW 18k miles on it. Planning on summer fall in Maine, winter spring in the Carolinas.

We've been through the Carolinas in the winter and spring - still pretty danged cold! Where are you planning to spend time there? Year before last, we got ~6 inches of snow in GA in Feb, but that was an odd year. Check the weather history to pick warm enough weather where you plan to stay and hope the averages stay true.

Check the closings of RV Parks in the North East. We discovered that plenty close the end of September and hardly anything available after October 15th. We did the Carolinas and the Outer Banks in late October. There were quite a few parks still open but it was a little on the cool side weather wise.
