Has anyone notice any issues in quality outside the normal in the Phaeton? Looking at a 26 leftover.

You may want to watch this, take it for what it's worth.

I have a 2026 Phaeton, it is my third Tiffin A Class motorhome I purchased brand new. I previously owned a Tiffin Open Road 32 SA 2019, and a Tiffin Red 33 AA. Both of those were good coaches. There is going to be bugs in any new coach that you buy brand new. My Phaeton 2026 35 CH is the best of the three. I stopped in Red Bay AL for some warranty work on my way to a Tiffin rally in FL. I will tell you there is a problem with the driver side toll boot window, it some how whistles with air coming in at higher speeds. Lipert who makes these windows is aware of it. But your dealer will never be able to fix it. Red Bay can.

That being said, I just put over 6K miles on my coach the first year and stayed in it 45 days. Besides the window I had a small crack in a floor tile near the sink. It was very small if it wasn't for where the roller came in I would not even of had it replaced. But it was where the roller was, so I did, My black & Gray tank flush handle was reversed, the guts to my cigarette lighter on the dash was missing, the power cord from the televator tv got crimped and had to be replaced. All my other systems, are working fine. Red Bay took care of everything under warranty.

That was the bad, the good...... my coach came with Lithium batteries, amazing. It came with Starlink Pro standard. The heated floors and the aqua hot system are great. Standard induction cooking and dishwasher. The quickie heaters near the floor are quiet and warm. Three ACs with the Electrial management system works wonders, The 450 HP Cummins in a 38 ft coach is a bomb, punch it and go even with my toad.. I also have 9 seperate spyder control panels throughout the coach. The front door key pad access with door bell and locking front door and bays is really neat. Tiffin is built on customer service, and they still abide by that.

I also did another factory tour. In covid times Tiffin was knocking out 13 A Class coaches a day. Today they are producing 4 coaches a day. They dropped the Breeze and the Byway Class As for 2027.

Bottom line, does Tiffin have production probles, yeah they do but so does Newmar, & Wnnebago . It goes with the territory. Just my two cents.

I have the window whistle in my 2019 Jayco. (Drivers slider) I have wedged a small shim between the glass and the frame so it's gone but that has left an air gap. Not big but I would rather it be zero. How did they fix your whistle?
