Rattle-reducing kitchen packing

What have you done to reduce the amount of rattling of your kitchen items? I’m planning on using felt china dividers between my plates and kitchen towels between pots and pans. Share your tried and true methods to a quieter ride.

I use the felt liners between dishes. If you need something between glasses you could use thin plastic or cardboard, obviously space savings is key.

We use the rubberized non-slip waffle material. We place it on top of heavy paper in the base of most cabinets and also use it in the fridge. Keeps things from slipping around and in rare cases we need to layer between objects.

Wow! That's some serious packing. Good for you!

I only have 2 of everything. The paper towels stay in the drawers, so on packing day they all just get slipped in.

When we initially set up a different RV (like we recently did) we arrange every cup, glass, pot, pan, dish, strainer, etc., so that most if not all are touching each other. Since everything is either rubber, plastic, or paper nothing really makes noise while banging down the road. There are a couple things that get wrapped, like the clear top off the electric skillet.

My Keurig stays put, probably due to the rubber feet underneat. It's also wedged behind the kitchen sink/faucet area between toaster and food items. You can always use double-sided tape if needed. I have that on my wooden utensil storage container.

In our Ventana the coffee maker, the Keurig, air fryer, and the huge thing the DW puts all the utensils in never moved while traveling. Now with the fiver both kitchen counters run cross ways so I don't trust that stuff to stay put as much. We have a large plastic storage tub that everything goes in off the counter top and then the tub sits on the floor while underway.

My door only squeaked when opening. I lubricated the hinges very well. No more squeaks.
