Hi guys, thanks for the add!

I'm looking at a Chevrolet 3500 coachman.

Few questions as this is a bit bigger than the VW T3 I had previously!

It needs an MOT, is it a special/ commercial MOT for something this big? (22ft) Any idea on cost?

Habitation check, are they mandatory? How often do they need to be done?

What sort of MPG can I expect from a 7.2l, V8 on LPG! Assuming I'm not towing a car?

Thanks in advance Ladies and Gents!

Stu

It's a 1998 Chevrolet Coachman Catalina... I'm looking into buying it, just doing some background digging... Its in the UK

I'm unfamiliar with a GM 7.2L V8, what year is this? Where are you located?
7.4 would be a 454, don't know of 440 c.i. Chevy. 7.5 is the mileage I got with the MH I had 7.0 towing the towd.
Have no idea what a MOT is.

I suspected it wasn't in the US. Over here, to the best of my knowledge, there's no habitation check of any kind, you can go live in a utility trailer or a $1.2M Essex with $50 of OSB rotting beneath you packed with mold.
