    Your AC might require less to start, might be smaller unit, or could have a soft start processor already in it, and might be newer then mine. Glad yours works, 3000 is your running watts most likely, not your surge watts.

    Just ask this question with no details. 2014 Dynamax Dynastar 32XL. Installed lithium batteries and solar. Soft start on AC units. Would like to run unit while traveling from invertor. How is the best way to put AC Units on invertor circuit. They are only on shore and generator power currently.

Last time I looked Soft start makes a dogbone version of their otherwise "installed at each AC" device, might be worth a look for use while traveling.
