    Tip Loose soil/stone mat

    Here at Fuesta Key campground they offer a mat to cover the loose stone surface. This mat works very well for any heavy wheeled cart or wheelchair traversing that surface. This is ideal as it can easily be deploy where necessary and stored away when not needed. Certainly makes my life easier.

    Question Leave pedestal water on

    On the DutchStar we typically just fill up Fresh Water tank and disconnect the pedestal water line. This time we left the city water connected and on but turned off autofill to stop flow. Does anyone have a recommendation on this practice? We plan on filling the fresh water tank prior to departure.

    FYI Verified AGS works as expected

    We have staged the RV out to prepare for departure tomorrow and set the AGS to keep the battery topped. Started middle of the night and stopped when battery at 100% Verified on line this morning from home.

    Purchased a new mobile package from Starlink. Going to try this on our trip next week to see if it works as well as our cell sim. Granted data bandwidth and speeds will be much improved if I can find unobstructed sky.
