Will RV Parks be full this year?

Well Damn, Kevin. That was the nicest thing you've ever said to/about me! Thank you very much!

Will RV Parks be full this year?

Hi Sheridan! According to my top-secret report generator (okay, it's just a laptop), we've got more visitors booked this year than all of 2023 combined. But we have 4 more sites than we did last year too. I think it’s Trish's sparkling personality and her borderline obsessive flower...

    And it's only 1.6mm.

Motor homes that will 'blow your mind'.

A couple of these are very cool!

    Very hot 50amp cable plug

Checked the cord reel, tightened the connections to the transfer switch, checked everything else that I could think of, including breakers inside the coach. Finally cut the cap off and replaced it. Problem solved. :)

28 days and we’re off to Alaska.

Incredible journey @BGMAC, and one that you'll remember forever, I'm sure. Have fun, be safe, and good luck!

    Poor shower pressure

Try changing the whole house water filter.

Where were you with your NEWMAR today?

Nice park! We stayed there for a few days last year.

    Very hot 50amp cable plug

I had moved the coach from one site to another and the problem remained. As we're getting ready to open the park, I had to move the coach up to our permanent site. I had plugged it in and the air was running. I got busy and it wasn't until about 3:00 this AM that I woke up and remembered I...

    Very hot 50amp cable plug

    Yeah, it's the coach.

    Very hot 50amp cable plug

The stock power cable is getting hot. Well, not actually the cable, but the metal plugs that would plug into the 50 pedestal. My Bullydog is plugged into the pedestal and the coach 50 cable is plugged into the Bullydog. Bullydog plugin is cool but the 50 coach cable plugin is hot. I'm...

Where were you with your TIFFIN today?

    Beautiful. Bet it's cold!

What's Happening at Deer Springs RV Park?

While Neal is trying to get the butterfly net over TC, I’ll take this opportunity to share a couple of pictures of last night’s Brisket dinner over at Glampdaddy’s place. Picture 1 is the cook, picture 2 is the brisket, all nicely sliced and ready to go! Jeanette made corn bread, sliced some...

What's Happening at Deer Springs RV Park?

I agree, that would be pretty useless! But here's how it works. Franklin receives information from a RTK (real-time kinematic) navigation system, which knows where he is by somewhat the same process that your car knows where it is using GPS. To train Franklin on the areas he's supposed to...

Building a small RV park, Part 3

Building a small RV Park is what this thread was all about when I started it a few years ago. But now that the park is done, I’ll put a wrap on it. Thanks for the many suggestions along the way and thanks to everyone who gave me a thumbs up. (y) Happy Camping y’all!
