I just got my Milwaukee M18 Inflator. It's rated up to 150 psi, but watching videos, the most I've seen people use it up to is 110 psi. I have a doubler on the coach, so I don't really need it to put air in my coach tires. I bought it for the car when I'm out and about and not near my coach...
Not yet. Thanks for asking. I emailed London Aire Customer Service and haven't heard back, but I went ahead and made an appointment at Transwest on 6/27.
I purchased a Garmin InReach Explorer + when they first came out because I do a lot of hiking alone. I never used it to its fullest or to be honest minimum capabilities because I found it so hard to use. A few days ago I was staying with some friends in Boulder, Colorado and they use the Garmin...
No. I had planned to take the route towards Craig and through Steamboat Springs, but Garmin routed me the way I went. The roads were not bad in Wyoming and I saw few vehicles. The roads in Colorado were atrocious. There were work trucks, pick ups, cars traveling on the road, but not many.
They...
Warning: See map and avoid this route. The road is very bad once you get to Colorado. It is severely damaged with unavoidable deep pot holes. I got a flat on my toad, lost my comfort drive, jacks aren't working and have a water leak in wet bay. Good times.
I happened to be driving a very damaged road, riddled with pot holes that some were just unavoidable. My steering wheel usually has too much play in it; however, the steering became very difficult and the wheel would not come back to center after turning. Is that what driving without comfort...
Thank goodness your window was open, Wayne! Glad you were able to fix it.
That happened to me in my Dutch Star at 6 am while walking my dogs and no one was around. It was 38 degrees and after an hour, someone came out and let me use their phone. That is what instigated my purchase of an Apple...
Another RVF Encounter at Yellowstone's Edge with @NWIP and @GlampDaddy. We all went to the Hell's A-Roaring Horse Drive where they drive the horses from their winter pasture through the town of Gardiner to their summer pasture. AND then another night @NWIP made his famous, spicy chicken wings...
Chillin at one of my most favorites places - Yellowstone's Edge - AND RVF members everywhere. First the fun began with @NWIP and @JP&SKB and then it just grew. @flarider arrived with their adorable dogs, then @Magua pulled in for a couple of days after dodging weather from Texas as they head to...
I agree with @Neal. I have not purchased any of the protection plan/warranties from a dealer. I also recommend CoachNet. Additionally, I like to take the yearly trek to Newmar for service on the house and Spartan for the Chassis.
Having said that, if Tyron Bands or an extended warranty give...
Awesome! I'm here until June 8th. I'm in site 49 and @NWIP is right in front of me. They leave June 1st. @JP&SKB are also here and @flarider just arrived today. I'm thinking we are going to have to have an RVF Happy Hour. Safe travels. Find us when you get settled. 😊
Pine Bluffs Distilling in Pine Bluffs, WY was a great Harvest Host Stop. If you go there, be sure to get directions because your GPS will not get you there. 😂 Thank goodness I was following @NWIP who had been there before. Fun stop. No food other than potato chips. Lots of cocktails and merchandise.
I loved it when there was a fill line. It was so easy. Now the DEF tank is black so can't see a thing. My standard MO is when I'm at ½ tank, I add 5 gallons and call it good.
We made it to Yellowstone's Edge in Livingston, Montana. I met up with @NWIP in Nebraska and followed them here. We had a couple of great Harvest Host stops which I will post even though I'm not there TODAY!
OH and who goes there .... could that be @NWIP in front of me!
Sadly, I don’t think this situation will get better. I believe 4 people got laid off in customer service. The RV situation is quite dire here in Nappanee. There have been layoffs across the board at Newmar and employees are rather unsettled. The only department spared so far is service.
I...
Thanks @DennisT for the heads up. I've had the same issues and was told by my tech that KIB was working on it. That was back in May 2022. As my coach is currently at Newmar, I am supposed to talk to my tech tomorrow and hopefully will get this taken care of. Will follow up with what I find.
I like your vision. I think the tiny home like the one you linked is fantastic. If you can't use the area for rigs, I can totally understand the tiny home option. I believe if anyone can make it work, it is you.
Having said that I will admit to also being apprehensive having watched Lake Norman...
