Had "Liquid Spring" suspension installed on my 2020 Newmar Canyon Star 3710!
The Coach now has a fantastic ride, comparable to a "DP" with a solid front axle!
Just returned from a 1,700 mile trip up & down I-95, and driving the "ROUGH" stretch in SC was a dream by comparison. And I had...
If you are in Ohio already I’d recommend the factory in Indiana for the install.
There are other installers around but not a bunch that install on RVs.
We had a great experience with the install at the factory.
@Togin Glad you are happy with your LiquidSpring installation.
I have driven a bit over 1,700 miles from St. Augustine to Ogallala Ne., these past few days. I am more impressed with my LiquidSpring suspension each day. Drove about 235 miles today across I-80 in 10-2- mph winds. Some buffeting...
Congratulations!
I can assure you that you will not regret having LiquidSpring installed on your Coach!
Each time I drive mine, I seem to enjoy & appreciate it even more!
...ride!
They do diesel suspension/ airbags, etc too!
But, if you have a "gas" coach; a biggie is, they are an excellent installer for "Liquid Spring" four corner, or rear only suspension! Excellent work, fantastic attention to detail, and just an all around great company!
Call and speak with...
I would agree about the Ventana, but would bet there would be a significant increase in price.
This LiquidSpring IS an Independent suspension, computer controlled, on all 4 corners. Thus the significant ride enhancement!
...maximum, tire pressures, which will improve the ride!
And if you want the ultimate ride/handling, you could do as I did, & install "Liquid Spring" four corner suspension!
About $25K, but rides, drives, & handles like a big SUV!! Fantastic!!
Good Luck, enjoy your coach, and may you have...
Well I just pulled the trigger today on LiquidSpring… going to a highly recommended dealer / installer in New Jersey. We picked up our brand new Baystar from the dealer and took it on a trip to Florida from NY. We took 81 down and that sealed the deal for me ....install scheduled for mid...
...regular highways, byways, and curvy mountain roads; I must say that I am extremely HAPPY with the ride, handling, & performance of my "Liquid Spring" suspension!
We traversed smooth pavement, concrete (with expansion joints), slurry surfaces, & tar/gravel roads too! The ride and handling were...
Thank you for the input. Yes, it will be a bumpier ride for sure. I do see some people install "liquid spring" ( not sure it is the correct term) to have their truck do higher or lower so I would assume it also improves the ride. Does Fiat make puck-up trucks/ chassies? I do not see them on...
We have an Aspect on the F450 chassis and we installed RoadMaster upgraded sway bar and steering stabilizer which help a lot with trucks passing and wind. I'm sure not as good as the liquidsprings but if you are looking for a lower-cost upgrade it is one I would consider.
...Sumo springs, Ultrtrac rear trac bar, and Safety Plus steering stabilizer. My driving instructor, who has a DP, said my coach rides almost like a DP. When you hit a bridge transition, you know you don’t have air-ride though.
The ultimate would be LiquidSprings, but that requires deep pockets.
Neal, timely topic for myself..we have a 2022 Baystar 3014 with LiquidSpring we have decided to sell, we have bought a winter home in southeast Florida on this trip, we may in the future look to buy a most likely a used Newmar diesel pusher...I am doing my research now on what to set as a price...
...Those are solid hard rubber, with little, if any compression!
I had them on my Canyon star, & believe they did serve to somewhat soften the impact on bridge transitions!
However, they were removed when I had "Liquid Spring" suspension installed on my coach! Now it rides like a Cadillac...
...at no cost to me!
I did have Newmar's "Tech Serv" Mobile RV Service come by the house and do a minor repair to the Coach!
After having "Liquid Spring" suspension installed on my Canyon Star, I would not trade it for a new comparable "DP"!!
After 3 1/2 years of ownership, & 23,000+ miles...
Hi Gunny, Can you tell me where you had your LiquidSpring suspension system installed? We have a 2022 Nexus Triump and 3 trips from Ohio to Colorado on Interstate 80 thru Illinois have "beat the hell" out of everything in the unit. You name it we have tightened or replaced it. I have heard...
We had the same issues on our 2014 E450 Forester with the ride, banging, etc.
We ended up having LiquidSprings installed on the rear and it was night and day after.
No more banging, smoothed out the ride immensely. Was worth every penny to us. Made driving all day much more enjoyable and I...
...fighting and the semis going by pushed me all around. Was quite tiring after driving all day.
Did a bunch of research and had liquidsprings installed in the back. Replaced the leaf springs and the rite ride air bags. Amazing difference. Almost all rattles gone, no lean even in round...
