Very doubtful, as the Sumo's are of a cellular construction, which will compress much more so than factory bump stops. Those are solid hard rubber, with little, if any compression!
I had them on my Canyon star, & believe they did serve to somewhat soften the impact on bridge transitions!
However, they were removed when I had "Liquid Spring" suspension installed on my coach! Now it rides like a Cadillac SUV!
If your ride is harsh, Put your vehicle on a scale and get the actual weight of each axle with vehicle loaded for normal use. Go to the website of your tire manufacturer and use their chart to determine the exact tire pressure required. You may be overinflated.
