Interesting...it may be a setting in the inverter. For example..the Magnum Inverters have a “Search Watts” setting. If your AC loads are below the setting the inverter will stay in standby.
 
Check all GFI plugs for a popped switch and reset as necessary, check that all your circuit breakers inside the coach are reset, not "popped" out. Also, you might need to reset your inverter (see owners manual). For Example, on my Magnum Inverter, I have to hold the reset button for 15 seconds to reset it.
