Many of you already know this but I learned the hard way. Be sure the condensate drain lines are open and draining. Of the three units on my Phaeton 40QBH I learned today the mid unit had not drained properly and the condensate had completely destroyed the blower motor mounting bracket. I found this when attempting to have replaced, what I thought was a blown blower squirrel cage.. I am elderly and not agile enough to chance getting on the roof. I should have enlisted an RV Tech to properly. maintain the unit while it was sitting at our RV Resort through the summer.
