I am trying to fix a lot of things while restoring the inside of our 1999 Mirada 34ft. Our break lights were going in and out and now stay on constant. Brake work fine but this wire is what I found is burnt out. I suspect it goes to the brake cylinoid reservoir but not sure. Any ideas? I can try to test. I have a small electrical tester but don't know what's the best method. I can not find the other end where this wire goes. I'd be happy to find the other end of this connection and just splice back together.

It is has 3 wires, similar to the brake resovoir sensor.
