I am considering purchasing a 2004 American Tradition 40J. Unit has very low milage around 28K, Spartan Liberty chassis and has had new carpet and upgraded lighting installed, and recovered sleeper couch and new recliners. Seems to be in good condition. Owner is asking $89,500, NADA retail says 52,300. Price seems high but I have no experience with American products.

I have yet to see one of any brand that is being listed at NADA. Was watching Class A's for a couple of months and many were more than double NADA without any freshening. They are on the tail end of a sellers market and trying to cash in.....to late.
