The owners manual is all but worthless in explaining where these valves should be.

Does anyone have an explanation of where these valves should be?

One option is to crawl underneath to find the drains. Sometimes the valves are right there, underneath the chassis. If not, then they’re likely straight up from there, inside the coach. You might have to pull out drawers or look for a removable panel. It can be a treasure hunt for sure
