Hello all. I am brand new to the forum and I am looking for your wisdom. I'm an RV newbie and I just put a deposit down on a 2005 Winnebago Vectra 40AD with the ISL400. I have been poring over some of the pictures I took and noticed what I am concerned is a delamination. I'll be headed back to look in person this weekend, but wanted to see what you all thought? I'll attach 3 images. One is the original, the second is zoomed in on the area I'm worried about and third is from a different angle, but doesn't have very good resolution. After a couple of months searching we really fell in love with this coach, but I don't want to purchase something I will regret. The area I'm concerned about is midway down the driver's side above and below the light. Thanks for any input and sorry for the long post. 😔

It does look like delamination. Maybe caused by a too tight of a fit of the panel and or water damage
Look in the roof area above that spot for any evidence of a water leak
