Help needed.
Engine : 2007 Cummins 5.9L ISB CM850
I had a major problem with my motorhome home last year, as the incorrect engine oil filter was installed, and it suffered damage from lack of engine oil.
To make a long story short, a buddy of mine took apart most of the engine to replace scorched pistons, but now he left it to me in pieces.
I have EGR valve with EGR position sensor, (part #3976767 , #3103823) but it's also connected to an unknown part that believe may possibly be a cooler? The guy drilled out an unknown metal part, as he was unable to remove it.
I'm trying to figure out what this part is exactly. I have highted where the drilled hole is.
I found the EGR valve, and sensor on Cummins quickserve, but not the square gray part it's attached to.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you
