Now to the Class A scene. Just purchased a 2014 bounder 35k. Plugged into 110v in my barn and ran the fridge to get cold. Coach batteries are brand new and they were almost dead. What am I missing?

It would seem they're not being charged when on shore (120v) power.

Battery disconnect switch will cut the batteries off from the fuse panel. You are running the fridge on the convertor or combo inverter/convertor or charger. Look where you enter the coach for switch
