2015 Flair 26D Chassis Battery Not Charging on Shore Power

All solenoids, Battery Isolation Manager (Precision Circuits Inc PN 00-10028-200) etc. are hidden under entry steps. Solenoids for house battery disconnect and engine auxiliary start appear to work.

Converter and 12v distribution panel are all in good working condition and putting out appropriate voltages. Batteries are all relatively new. Chassis battery holds charge when charged by external battery charger.
BIM no longer made, but available for about $200.

Before I start tearing things apart and throwing parts at the problem, has anyone else with Flair experienced a similar problem?

Did that rig even have that capability? Most from the era did not. For those that did a common approach was to use a voltage-controlled relay or an add on to operate the combining solenoid. Most anything precision circuits could be replaced with something better. The existing converter/charger may also not always have "power" to operate a combining relay and charge the chassis battery. If the engine running charges the house batteries the combing relay is good, but control is lacking.
