I'm a Motorhome Newbee. Purchased a 2017 Endeavor 38K, 8 new batteries were installed 9/15/25 before taking delivery. After using the RV two months with no issues we put it In storage 11/10/25 but didn't plug it in to shore power. Jan 2nd went to take it out but everything was dead, no interior lights no dash lights not able to crank. Hooked it up to 30amp. shore power and left hoping it would charge up the batteries. Went back to check on it today and everything is still dead? Odd thing is even with it being plugged in to 30amp shore power there is no evidence of interior electric or lights. What to do?

More than likely when both banks are completely flat the onboard smart charger cannot see the batteries, it thinks there's nothing there and remains in standby.
You may need to put an external charger on the house batteries for awhile, but check the following first.

#1 - is your salesman switch on?
Otherwise, look for a high amp breaker in the battery compartment with a yellow or red flag or arm, if this is tripped during the discharge the batteries are physically cut off from the charger.
Inspect the BIM ( battery isolation mgr) Likely behind a plexiglass or plastic shield in the battery or elect. compartment. Check that the 5 or 7.5 amp fuse on the board of the mgr. is not blown.
If plugged into shore power, hold the power button on the inverter for 15 seconds to reset.( called a soft reset).

Once the hoise batteries are up you may be able to start the engine using the power boost button in the cockpit.

*I've run into the same issue while stored. I solved it by installing battery disconnects on both the house and chassis batteries. There's an assortment on Amazon.
