Tankless hot water heater temperature is inconsistent. One suggestion was to push the reset button. Where is it located? Any other suggestions?

I really dislike our tankless water heater. The only way we can get any consistent temps is to set it to 102 degrees and not add any cold water at the shower valve. We boondock a lot with water conservation a must and it seems we need to run a lot of water to finally be able to get in the shower.
