Nice coach! What’s next, Joe?
We are still staying full time ED, just felt the need to change now instead of later. We project that within the next couple of years we will get back into a sticknbrick somewhere in Florida. We were always going to let the Ventana go and transition back into a cheaper RV anyway when we weren't full time.

There were numerous things that seemed to say "sale now". Neal touched on it. The covid-19 situation seems to have increased demand for all types of RVs right now. Some think that will mean in a couple years used prices with go down, some think the market will continue to stay strong. We would rather take advantage of a strong market now instead of chancing it later. To be honest, traveling in a fiver toy hauler is cheaper than our coach. Not only are we looking at getting 11-12 mpg on fuel economy (instead of 6.5-7) but maintenance is 80% to 90% less per year. Insurance estimates on a new F350 and toy hauler are almost 50% cheaper than what we are currently paying on the coach and a new SUV. Anyway, I estimate as full time travelers we would save over $3,000 a year by being in a 40' - 44' toy hauler instead of our Newmar.

Of course the bottom line is if I had unlimited funds then we would keep the Newmar even after buying a sticknbrick. We certainly love this coach and have enjoyed every mile in it.
