We considering buying a 2018 Freedom Elite 24he, always garaged, no leaks, cosmetically in great shape, with roughly 10,000 miles. if the engine checks out, what would you consider as a reasonable price? (no aftermarket equipment or upgrades)
No experience with rv,s but I would try a credit union and ask what it's worth, keep in mind vehicles setting for long time can have issues, with the truck. I would drive it for a good distance if you set a price, just my 2 cents.
Pretty hard for others to give you a solid take to the bank advice, as so many varibles.
I think we all need to figure out how we intend to use our RV's and how well any given one fills that slot.
A 2018 Freedom Elite 24HE with only 10,000 miles and stored indoors is definitely worth a serious look, especially if it’s clean and mechanically sound.
If you’d like, we can help you with a JD Power market valuation based on current comps, condition, mileage, to make sure you’re paying a fair price. They look at real-world sale data—not just asking prices—so you have a solid number to negotiate with.
Feel free to message me if you’d like us to run the numbers for you. Happy to help!
