2019 Cornerstone cracking grout on tile floor

We have 10 tiles in the rear of this coach that have grout severely cracked. This has happened in the past three months. We have owned three other coaches and never had one tile cracked or grout cracking and coming loose. Anyone else having this challenge or knowing how to fix the problem?

Do you guys have an F model? We have a 2021 45F Cornerstone. Just got back from factory for service and in talking to tech , the previous model years had issues with shower surround not being square and not fully sealing. Water would leak under tiles and cause tile and grout cracking. The factory used improved jigs on 2021, and we don't have an issue. Just thought I would put it out there.
