Is it hydraulic operated? More info is needed...........

Once at full travel is it square? It could just be a nuance of the operating mechanism as it moves through full travel. When you are in travel mode, is the slide flush with coach and are the gaps roughly even?

No small motors...

It is parked and not flushed. 12 inches out on one side. Repeatly tried in an out but same results. One motor seems to strain.

I would be calling the factory for guidance, 12" is a significant misalignment. Camping World forgot to release our slide locks on a previous coach and tried to put out slide. Luckily, it was minor and the tech was able to adjust it back in.

Good luck

There was a recall on 2019 FR3 33DS and we have had to THOSE motors.
Will be taking it to our Tech. Thanks!

Do you have solar option?? If so let me know please.
