2019 Keystone Cougar

My wife and I just bought a used 2019 keystone cougar from an individual. We are new to rv world and I am trying to figure out everything on the rv. The one thing that has me confused is the vent in the kitchen. I don't know how to open it or turn it on. I was told it operated off a remote, but the dealer says no, its a wall switch, or a possible switch on the micro-wave. There have been no less than 3 adults trying to find the wall switch and no luck. Can anyone help me? Thanks

What kind of vent? Roof vent? Stove top filter fan? Maybe a picture would help?

My Class A has a roof vent that has a wall mounted switch and a remote control both. Is this what you're talking about?
