Good afternoon,
Bath and a half unit, very nice. We had a 2019 HR Rambler 35K gas with the identical floorplan.
We try to help mostly with values. NADA shows Used Retail at $154,000. There are no real adjustments for condition and most of the main things are priced into that value.
