This one's a beauty and at what I consider to be a reasonable price. Well, by todays standards anyway. First problem I see is the Flexsteal coverings. Anything else I'm missing?

Looks good, @Jim The gap between Ventana and Dutch Star has narrowed in late models IMO.

I’m impressed it has discs all around. I don’t have that.

@Jim I don't see you being a carpet guy. The bottom of the pegboard appears it has marks of water intrusion/damage which sadly is a common thing with Newmars, wheel well intrusion, I had it and they fixed it. It's not a big deal but it may mean it wasn't fixed if what I'm seeing is a water line.

I'm not, but we are considering putting an RV in one of the new sites and renting it out during the 6 months we are open. Then we can use it in the Winter months ourselves. If we're going to have one of these, it would be nice to make it (partially) tax deductible.

This one is nice enough to draw a good rental price, but not so nice that I would be afraid to let anyone near it. Know what I mean? lol
