Question 2021 red 33aa chasis batteries dead while hooked up to shore power

Batteries may be bad. They should be under warranty.
 
Did you have your inverter on ? Not sure if you have to have your inverter on to float charge your batteries. Something isn't right. There is no way your batteries could die, hooked up to shore power on a 2021 coach. Even a standard electrical outlet at 110/120 will float all your batteries.
 
Also check for error codes on the inverter, if it was on. My inverter died on the trip home from a FPU.
