Very valid! I can't get over some of the "new" exterior colors. Were it me, I would be cheering the "special paint" option!??
DEFINITELY!

2022 DS 4369 MSRP $466,132
2022 LA 4551 MSRP $743,966
Can you compare that to last or prior years otherwise I can't realize the differences.

I think we have to put in perspective for buyers it's what they are coming from to what they are going to and compare and contrast those differences. 2020/2021 to 2022 is probably minimal, and makes those year owners happy. But from 2015/2016 etc. to a 2022 is a significant improvement.
Spot on.

2022 DS 4369 MSRP $466,132 VS. 2021 DS 4369 MSRP $429,809

2022 LA 4551 MSRP $743,966 VS. 2021 LA 4551 MSRP $696,118

The improved basement storage is HUGE for me (unable to pack light no matter what). Whatever year that was introduced, I think 2020, any prior year owners would benefit from this one major change alone. It is the one key area that would drive me to change coaches which is at a 0.5% probability right now, loving my coach and all mods too much to let go of her. But that basement....having seen @NWIP's new WHIP, it's awesome.

For the DSDP if my math serves me right that's a 7% 8.5% increase?

9+ percent. Pretty hefty in MHO.

Disgusting honestly. Obviously capitalizing on this market but also an indicator to me we're at the tip of the bubble. But so what, let's say the RV market does crash. They will never reduce the price, they'll maintain with much smaller increases so these prices are here to stay. Ventessex is here to stay! Hello Lottery!

more than the cost of an average home.

The fact of the matter is Newmar will sell out this year and probably early! Kudos to them. Order up...

My source tells me they did sell out the production run at the meeting. Some dealers were pre-selling the 22 line and asking for deposits with incentives thrown in.

King Aire isn’t mentioned.

Due to removal of the blu-ray player I will no longer be considering the Essex.

The Essex paint job...someone didn't move my cheese, they stole it! WTH? Some flower design now?
